Growing up can sometimes feel overwhelming. The pressure of school, college, exams, finding a job, lack of money or even challenges with family life means that sometimes you need someone to talk to. If you have a child / young person who would benefit from this service please complete a parental referral form, we can then arrange an assessment appointment with our trained counsellor.

From time-to-time, everyone can struggle with their mental health. Worrying about family situations, dealing with losing someone or coping with stress and depression sometimes needs support. If you would like to be considered for this service, please complete a self referral form, we can then arrange an assessment appointment with our trained counsellor. Group Bounce Back Sessions

Group Bounce Back Sessions

The Bounce Back Fitness Project enables young people and adults who regularly experience anxiety, depression or low moods to combat their mental health challenges through physical activities and exercise. Improving your health and fitness can make you feel good and able to take more of life’s challenges in your stride.

1-2-1 Bounce Back Sessions

1-2-1 Bounce Back Sessions

Depending upon individual needs, some 1-2-1 Bounce Back sessions are available. They suit young people and adults with mental health challenges who want to improve their physical health and wellness, but are not comfortable in a group environment, perhaps due to low self-confidence or a previous bad experience.

Neighbourhood Mental Health Café

Neighbourhood Mental Health Café

“A problem shared is a problem halved.” Just taking some time out and chatting to someone else can lift your mood. This session enables you to pop in and chat with other people from your community in a casual and welcoming setting.
