I used to come to the club during the junior sessions as a young person. A couple of years ago I got offered the opportunity to work Friday nights during the junior sessions, which I happily agreed to.
I now work senior and junior sessions with a particular interest in the inclusion group sessions where I provide one-to-one support. I’m also a qualified personal trainer and run the fitness programmes in all 3 of the sessions including juniors, seniors and inclusion.
Alongside my Youth work role, I am the coach for our Bounceback Mental health sessions. I plan and deliver a range of fitness routines, and can provide dietary plans if required.
