I used to come to the club during the junior sessions as a young person. A couple of years ago I got offered the opportunity to work Friday nights during the junior sessions, which I happily agreed to.

I now work senior and junior sessions with a particular interest in the inclusion group sessions where I provide one-to-one support. I’m also the co-ordinator for all of the fitness programmes that currently take place in all 3 of the sessions including juniors, seniors and inclusion. I am now a qualified personal trainer and use the sports hall to provide personal training sessions, and circuit classes to the local community.
