Lauren is one of the newest members to our team, and she runs a lot of the sessions and classes that run from our Health Hub

Lauren is our Health and Wellbeing coach. She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, with a vast experience of running classes and 1-1 sessions. Lauren runs a series of classes in our Health Hub, these include, our woman’s only and mixed fitness classes, Gentle movers class and runs our bounce back 1-1 sessions.
